Frequently Answered Questions

Q: How can I confirm that my child can play for Hatboro Little League?

A: If you live, or go to school within our boundaries (Hatboro, Warminster or Soutampton), you are eligible to play at Hatboro!  Use the offical Little League Finder to see where you fall: https://www.littleleague.org/play-little-league/league-finder/

Q: What division should my son or daughter be playing in?

A: Little League has an age caldulator that can tell you the ideal division for your child: https://www.littleleague.org/play-little-league/determine-league-age/

Q: How can I be sure that my son/daughter's bat is legal for use in their Division?

A: All bat requirements, by division, can be found by clicking here: https://www.littleleague.org/playing-rules/bat-rules/

Q: How many games per week are there?

A: Normally, there are two games per week.  One Mon-Thurs, then another on Saturday.  This could change depending on weather.  The Senior Boys division plays only Sunday double-headers.

Q: When does the season start and end?

A: Practice normally starts around mid to late March weather permitting.  Games are played from early April through early June.

Q: How often will my team practice?

A: Before the season starts in, most teams will practice two to three times per week.  Once games begin, practices are on a limited basis as field time is being used for games.

Q:  How can I help?

A: We would love that!  Our organization is 100% run by volunteers and we enjoy doing it.  However, as kids get older and move on, we lose a few volunteers every year, so new volunteers are always important.    If you are interested in helping out, you can note when you sign up at registration, or feel free to reach out to hatborollinfo@gmail.com.
